Web analytics with XICTRAQ

This website uses XICTRAQ, a privacy-friendly web analytics service operated by XICTRON (Glockruthenallee 16, 31185 Söhlde, Germany). Data is processed exclusively on servers in Germany. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the statistical analysis of usage for optimization purposes).

XICTRAQ works cookieless — no cookies are set and no personal data is stored in the user's browser. The following data is collected in anonymized form: page views, time on page, referrer, browser and operating system, screen resolution and an approximate location (country, region and approximate city) derived from the IP address. From the IP address, the server forms an anonymous hash together with a daily-rotating key (salt); it merely allows distinguishing whether page views on the same day belong to the same visitor. The IP address itself is not stored, and once the day has passed re-identification is technically impossible.
