Many families set up new devices quickly and only later notice that important settings are missing. Then children are exposed to content not meant for them, screen time gets out of hand, or everyone has their own appointments without the family keeping an overview. We start earlier. Together with you we clarify what matters to you and set up the technology so it fits your rules, not the other way around. On request we also involve the children, because agreed rules are more likely to be followed than imposed ones.

Parental controls do not mean constantly looking over the shoulder. It is about creating a safe framework from the start in which children can gather experiences without coming across content that overwhelms them. We set up age-appropriate filters, restrict unwanted purchases and make sure the most important apps and functions are suitably secured. We explain every setting so you can adjust it yourself later as your children grow older.

An honest note is important to us: no technical setting replaces the conversation within the family and cannot prevent every case. Filters and locks are a helpful framework but no substitute for guidance. That is why we always combine the technical setup with understandable tips on how to talk with your children about what they experience. This creates safety that does not rest on technology alone, but on trust.

The question of screen time causes discussion in many families. We help you set up clear and fair rules that can be sustained in everyday life. These can be fixed times per day, breaks at mealtimes or quiet periods at night. What matters is that the rules suit your family and are not too rigid, so they work in real life. We show you how to adjust the times yourself later, for example during holidays or when a child grows older.

Well-made screen time settings relieve parents above all. Instead of having to discuss anew every day, the device takes over the reminder about the agreed time. This takes pressure out of family life and makes the rules comprehensible. On request we also set up reward systems, such as extra time at the weekend, so the rules do not consist only of restrictions but also offer positive incentives.

In families, several people often share a device. A tablet moves from one child to the next, the family computer is used by everyone. So that nothing gets mixed up, we set up separate profiles. Each child has their own area with their own settings, suitable content and the screen time sensible for their age. This keeps the device clear, and no one accidentally gets at the others' things.

A shared family calendar additionally brings calm to everyday life. School appointments, sports clubs, doctor's appointments and family celebrations are in one place, visible to all, and sync automatically across all devices. Whoever enters an appointment ensures the whole family knows. This saves coordination and prevents appointments from being double-booked or forgotten. We set up the calendar so it is easy to operate and explain how to enter and share new appointments.

We proceed calmly and comprehensibly and involve you. In the end, the technology should not only be set up; you should be able to operate and adjust it yourself when family life changes.

With us there are no hidden costs. The home-visit flat rate is 79 € for one appointment up to 60 minutes. If it takes longer because several devices need setting up, we charge each additional half hour begun at 39 €. Travel within 10 km of Nordstemmen is included; beyond that we charge 0.50 € per kilometer. If a new device is to be set up for the family, there is the fixed-price set up new device package for 79 €.
