Your router's wireless signal has to pass through walls and ceilings, and every obstacle weakens it. A solid wall, a heating pipe in the ceiling or a large mirror can dampen the signal more than you would think.
Then there is the router's location. It often sits hidden in a corner of the hallway, right next to the phone socket, simply because that is where the cable comes out. From there, however, the signal frequently has to travel the longest way to the bedroom or study. A different location or a small second wireless station can make the difference. A third common reason is interference from neighbors: in apartment buildings many routers broadcast at the same time, and if they share the same channel, they get in each other's way.

So you know where you stand from the start, I offer WiFi optimization as a fixed package at a clear price. For 119 EUR I take the time for your WiFi: I analyze the situation, optimize your router's settings, set up an existing mesh system if needed and ensure the signal reaches everywhere. Travel within 10 km of Nordstemmen is included. So there is no surprise on the bill at the end.

Besides the fixed WiFi package, you can also book me for a regular home visit. The home-visit flat rate is 79 EUR for an appointment of up to 60 minutes. If it takes longer, every additional started half hour costs 39 EUR. Travel within 10 km of Nordstemmen is always included, beyond that I charge 0.50 EUR per kilometer.
