We come to your home, take our time, explain in plain language and as often as you wish. There are no silly questions. The home-visit flat rate is 79 € for one appointment up to 60 minutes, and travel within 10 km of Nordstemmen is included.

We sit down with you at a table, explain step by step and in simple words, and we repeat everything as often as you need. No one is rushed, no one has to justify wanting to hear something again. A tablet has a large screen and is often easier to operate than a small phone. We show you how to read with it, view pictures, browse the internet and stay in touch with family.
Video calls with the family
Seeing the grandchildren, even when they live far away: we set up video calling so a single tap of the finger suffices. On request we create a large icon that leads directly to the call.
Setting up new devices
A new device can be overwhelming. We unpack it with you, set everything up and, on request, transfer your contacts and photos. With the fixed-price set up new device package for 79 € you know the cost in advance.

For many, this is the loveliest part: staying connected with children and grandchildren, even over great distances. A video call does not replace a visit, but it brings the smile of your loved ones into your living room. We set everything up so it is very easy. You tap on a picture or a large button, and you see your family. No long searching, no complicated steps.
If you wish, we practice the call together while we are still with you, so you notice how simple it is. And if something does get stuck on your first own attempt, we are glad to come by again or help further at the next appointment. You should never feel left alone. In the same way, we help with messages and photos so you can send a picture from your walk or a short message to the family, entirely without effort.

With us there are no hidden costs and no surprises on the bill. The home-visit flat rate is 79 € for one appointment up to 60 minutes. If it once takes longer because a question is still open, we charge each additional half hour begun at 39 €. Travel within 10 km of Nordstemmen is included; beyond that we charge 0.50 € per kilometer. If a new device is to be set up, there is the fixed-price set up new device package for 79 €.
