The electrical connection belongs in the hands of a qualified electrician, but once the box is mounted, it comes down to the part that puzzles many people: the Wi-Fi connection, the manufacturer app, charging times, access protection and the question of how to sensibly use solar power from your own roof. What We Handle During Wallbox Commissioning
Once your wallbox is electrically connected, we take care of everything that comes after. We make sure the box is reliably reachable and that you can operate it safely in everyday life. You decide how much comfort you want, and we set up exactly that.
Connect to Wi-Fi
We bring your wallbox stably into your home network. If the Wi-Fi reaches the garage or parking spot weakly, we check how the connection can be improved.
Set up the manufacturer app
We install the matching app on your phone, create your account and connect it to the wallbox so you always have the charging status and settings in view.
Define charging times
On request we set up schedules, for example charging overnight at a cheaper tariff if your electricity contract provides for it. So the car charges when it suits you.
Activate access protection
So not everyone can charge at your box, we set up access protection, for example by card, app approval or PIN, depending on what your model offers.
Notifications
On request you get a message on your phone when the charging session is finished or has been interrupted. So you do not have to keep checking.

We check with you whether your existing technology is suitable for this and set up the function if the conditions are met. Where it is not possible, we tell you honestly and show sensible alternatives, such as fixed charging times during the day. Fair and Transparent Prices for the Home Visit
We bill simply and traceably. For the home visit a flat rate of 79 € applies for the first up to 60 minutes. If the appointment takes longer, 39 € is added for each further 30 minutes. Travel within 10 km around Nordstemmen is included, beyond that we charge only 0.50 € per kilometer. All prices apply to private customers including value-added tax, with no hidden costs. Before the appointment we tell you roughly what to expect.
Home-visit flat rate 79 €
Up to 60 minutes on site are included in the flat rate of 79 €. In that time a wallbox can, in many cases, already be connected and set up at a basic level.
Each further 30 minutes 39 €
If charging times, access protection or the solar check need more time, we continue billing in clear 30-minute steps of 39 € each, always transparent and foreseeable.
Travel within 10 km included
Within a 10 km radius around Nordstemmen, travel is free. If your home is further away, we charge only 0.50 € per additional kilometer.
No hidden costs
All prices are understood to include value-added tax for private customers. You receive a clear estimate in advance, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
