So that you can view the camera image while you are out, we connect the camera to the right app via your Wi-Fi. In doing so we set up a strong password and, where possible, enable two-step verification so that no one else has access. This way you can see from your holiday or workplace whether everything at home is in order and, if needed, view stored recordings. Indoor camera
An indoor camera is suitable for checking on things, for example when you are away. On request it can switch off when you are at home.

Our help does not end with the setup. If after a few days you notice that you would like more or fewer notifications or want an area captured differently, we are glad to adjust the settings. Smaller questions can often be resolved by phone without a new appointment being necessary. Should you later add another camera or change your phone, we help you set everything up cleanly again. Especially for older users it is reassuring to know that a fixed contact remains reachable and that you are not left alone with the technology. If that is on your list, we can help under regions.

Our Prices for the Home Visit
We work with fixed, transparent prices that we tell you before the appointment. This way there are no surprises. To set up your security cameras we come to your home and bill via our home-visit flat rate. Already on the phone we estimate with you how much time your wishes are likely to take, so you get a feel for the cost in advance. If something unforeseen does come up, we raise it openly before we continue.

Each further hour
If we need longer, for example for several cameras, we bill each further hour at 69 €. We estimate the effort together in advance.
Travel within 10 km included
Travel within a 10 km radius of Nordstemmen is included. Beyond that we charge only 0.50 € per kilometre, clearly itemised.
