A data transfer to a phone or tablet runs as a home-visit flat rate of 79 € (up to 60 minutes on-site, travel in the local area included). If it takes longer with a very large amount of data, 69 € per additional hour is added. A complete new PC or notebook including data migration is available as a fixed-price package of 179 €. Securely wiping the old device is included at no extra charge. All prices include VAT for private customers.

We handle the complete data transfer for you: contacts, photos, apps, messenger histories and settings move step by step to the new device. How the Home Visit Works
So you know what to expect: a typical data transfer usually takes around 60 minutes. With a very large number of photos or several devices, it can take a bit longer – this mainly depends on how much has to be transferred. We tell you in advance so there are no surprises. This combines well with what we offer under data backup.
