For a quick question or a photo of the problem, for example of cables or an error message on the screen, you are welcome to send us a message via WhatsApp to the same phone number. Sometimes a photo lets us assess in advance what needs doing.

When You Can Reach Us

We are there for you Monday to Friday during the usual daytime hours and do our best to adapt appointments flexibly to your daily routine. If you work during the day or mornings do not suit you, simply say so, and we try to find a time that is convenient for you. If we cannot answer the phone because we are at a customer's home, feel free to leave a voicemail or send a short message. We reliably call back, usually the same or the next working day.

A Tip for Your Enquiry

The more specifically you describe what it is about, the better we can prepare the appointment and plan enough time. Helpful details include: which device is involved, what exactly does not work, which town you live in and whether there are several things for us to look at. Finished lists are not necessary, however, a few keywords are quite enough.

How Booking an Appointment Works

We deliberately keep the path to an appointment simple, so you do not have to work through lengthy procedures. In just a few steps everything is settled, and you know exactly when we are coming and what it costs.

Our Service Area and the Travel

Our centre is Nordstemmen, and from there we come to you throughout the Leine valley and the Hildesheim area. We are regularly out and about in Nordstemmen, Sarstedt, Hildesheim, Giesen, Elze, Gronau, Pattensen and Springe, as well as the surrounding districts. With travel we keep it simple and fair: the distance within 10 km of Nordstemmen is included in the home-visit flat rate of 79 EUR, so in most cases you pay nothing extra for the trip to you. If you live further away, we simply charge 0.50 EUR per kilometre for the additional distance and tell you the amount when booking. This way you know the total costs before we set off, and there are no surprises on the bill.
