We from Technik daheim come to you, sit down with you at your kitchen table and go through everything together, step by step and with your own device. You set the pace, ask as often as you like, and in the end you feel confident using your iPhone. On request you receive small notes and a cheat sheet so you can look everything up after the appointment too. Every course follows your needs. We start where you currently are and go as far as you wish. Whether you have just received your first iPhone or can already do a few things and want to learn more specifically, we adapt the content. Use the iPhone confidently
Unlocking with code, face or fingerprint, the home screen, swiping and tapping, volume and switching off and on correctly. The basics that make everything easier.
Adjust the settings
Make text bigger, set the display brighter, adjust sounds and vibration, connect to Wi-Fi and set up a secure passcode. This way the iPhone fits you.
Photos and camera
Take photos and videos, view, zoom, delete and send them to family. Sort, search and safely keep your images so nothing gets lost.
Messages and phone

We always learn on your own iPhone, not on a strange device. This way you practice exactly the steps you will really need at home later, with your own contacts, photos and apps. Questions are expressly welcome, and there are no silly questions. If something does not stick the first time, we simply repeat it as often as needed until you feel confident. You will quickly notice: much of it is not that complicated when someone explains it calmly and patiently. We drive out for that too, more under tech help in Bockenem.

How a Course Appointment Works at Your Place
So you know what to expect, here is the typical flow. In its basic form an appointment lasts up to 60 minutes, but it can be extended flexibly if you want more time. We take the time you need. Additional information is available under tablet course.
Get to know each other
We sit down together and discuss what you can already do and what you would like to learn. This way we tailor the course exactly to your wishes instead of running through a rigid program.
Strengthen the basics
We go through the most important steps: unlock, swipe, tap, back to the home screen. This confidence is the foundation for everything else, so we take enough time here.
Practice your chosen topics
Whether photos, messages, apps or settings: we practice exactly what you wish, together on your device. You do it yourself, we only provide guidance.
Notes and wrap-up
At the end we summarize the most important steps. On request we write you a small cheat sheet so you can calmly look everything up after the appointment.
