Prices for Home Tech Help — Clear and Without Surprises

The home visit is the heart of our offering. We come to your home, look at your request calmly and take care of it on the spot. An appointment lasts up to 60 minutes and costs a flat 79 €. Travel within a 10-kilometre radius of Nordstemmen is already included, so you pay no surcharge as long as you live in our core area. If something needs more time, we bill each further hour at 69 €. We let you know in good time if it looks like it will take longer, so you can decide whether we continue or arrange a second appointment.

For tasks that come up again and again, we have put together packages at a fixed price. The advantage for you: you know exactly what it costs beforehand, regardless of how long we actually need. If your request fits one of these packages, that is often the cheaper and more predictable choice. If you are unsure, we will honestly advise you whether a package or the regular home visit makes more sense for you.

Understanding technology instead of just having it set up: in a calm one-to-one lesson at your home we show you step by step whatever you want to know, on your own device and at your own pace. An hour of one-to-one tuition costs 59 €, the 5-lesson card 269 €, which works out at around 54 € per session. The packages are fixed prices for a clearly defined result, while the home visit is the flexible solution for anything that does not fit a package.

For us, a fair price does not mean you pay extra for every little thing. A patient explanation is always part of the home visit and every package, because the technology is only useful to you if you can operate it yourself afterwards. We take the time to show everything in a way that leaves you feeling confident, and we answer your questions without watching the clock, as long as we are within the agreed time frame.

We want you to be able to trust our offering. That is why we avoid anything that makes an invoice confusing. There is no base fee on top of the flat rate, no flat charge for small materials and no surcharges that only appear afterwards. If a request takes longer than the included 60 minutes, we talk to you about it beforehand and you decide how to proceed. If we find that your request requires a specialist firm, for example work on the home's electrical wiring, we tell you openly and charge you nothing for that.

Billing is just as straightforward as the appointment itself. After the home visit you receive a written invoice on which every item is clearly named: the home-visit flat rate or the chosen package, any additional time and, where applicable, the travel kilometres beyond the first 10 kilometres. This way you can calmly understand what you are paying for and file the invoice or pass it on if needed. One tip that saves real money: up to 20 percent of the pure labour costs can be deducted from your tax as a household-related service under § 35a of the German Income Tax Act.

You choose how you would like to pay. On site you can settle the amount in cash, or you can comfortably transfer it from home after receiving the invoice.
