The home visit is the heart of our offering. We come to your home, look at your request calmly and take care of it on the spot. An appointment lasts up to 60 minutes and costs a flat 79 €. Travel within a 10-kilometre radius of Nordstemmen or of our base in Söhlde is already included, so you pay no surcharge as long as you live in our core area. If something needs more time, we bill each further hour at 69 €. We let you know in good time if it looks like it will take longer, so you can decide whether we continue or arrange a second appointment. Each Further Hour
If your request needs more time, each further hour costs 69 €. You decide whether we continue. Nothing is extended without your agreement.
Travel Beyond That
If you live more than 10 km from both Nordstemmen and Söhlde, we charge 0.50 € per kilometre for the extra distance. We measure the straight-line distance from the centre of Nordstemmen or from our base in Söhlde, whichever is closer, to your address. We tell you the amount in advance, so there are no surprises.

Travel: ten kilometres around Nordstemmen or Söhlde included
You live in the Leine valley and wonder whether there is a charge for travel? Within a radius of ten kilometres around Nordstemmen it is included in the flat rate, for example in the centres of Sarstedt, Giesen, Elze and Gronau. The same applies within ten kilometres of our base in Söhlde, for example in Holle. If your address is further away, we charge only the extra kilometres at 0.50 € and name the amount in advance.

How Billing Works
Billing is just as straightforward as the appointment itself. After the home visit you receive a written invoice on which every item is clearly named: the home-visit flat rate or the chosen package, any additional time and, where applicable, the travel kilometres beyond the first 10 kilometres. This way you can calmly understand what you are paying for and file the invoice or pass it on if needed. One tip that saves real money: up to 20 percent of the pure labour costs can be deducted from your tax as a household-related service under § 35a of the German Income Tax Act. How You Can Pay
You choose how you would like to pay. On site you can settle the amount in cash, or you can comfortably transfer it from home after receiving the invoice. For regular appointments, for example if you have a family or several devices looked after over the year, we are happy to find a simple solution that suits you. Just talk to us about it.
