What We Do for You During Robot Mower Setup
We take care of the entire commissioning, from the boundary to the finished schedule in the app. We make sure the robot mower reliably finds its way back to the charging station, does not drive over beds or paths and runs exactly when it suits you. The brand you bought does not matter, we work with common devices from various manufacturers. With tech help in Hildesheim we come to your home as well.
Lay the boundary
We lay the boundary wire along your lawn edges, around beds, pond and terrace. For wire-free devices we set up the boundary via app and satellite.
Place the charging station
The charging station goes to a protected, level spot with good access. We make sure the entry and exit are clear so the robot mower docks safely.
Set up the schedule
We define fixed mowing times with you that suit your garden and your daily life, for example in the morning and not during your neighbors' quiet hours.
Connect the app
We connect the robot mower via Wi-Fi or mobile network to the manufacturer app on your phone and set up the login so you can see it from anywhere.
Check safety
PIN lock, lift and tilt sensor as well as the rain sensor are checked and explained, so the robot mower works safely and is protected against theft.
Test run and explanation
Finally we do a test run, adjust the boundary where needed and show you the operation step by step on your own device.

The boundary decides whether your robot mower works reliably or damages beds, paths and pond edges. We lay the boundary wire along your lawn edges and guide it precisely around obstacles so nothing is missed or driven over. With modern wire-free devices we set up the virtual boundary in the app and check the reception in the garden. We then test whether the robot mower turns cleanly everywhere and safely finds its way back to the charging station. This often comes up in connection with smart home setup.

Schedule and mowing intervals
We set the schedule so the lawn stays evenly short without overstraining it. On request we account for quiet hours so the robot mower does not run during midday or night rest.
Control via app
Start, pause or send home from the sofa: we connect the robot mower to the manufacturer app and show you how to read battery level, mowing history and messages.
Theft protection and sensors
PIN code, alarm and GPS or lift protection secure the device. Lift and tilt sensors stop the blades immediately as soon as the robot mower is picked up. We check and explain everything.
Cutting height and care
We set the right cutting height and show you how to clean blades and wheels. This keeps the cut clean and the robot mower ready for use for a long time.

How the Appointment Works at Your Home
We proceed step by step and involve you along the way. In the end, not only should the robot mower run reliably, but you should feel confident operating it yourself. You set the pace, and we explain every step clearly. We are regularly out in the neighbourhood, for instance with tech help in Giesen.
Look at the garden
First we look at your garden together: lawn area, narrow spots, beds, slopes and the best place for the charging station. This creates a plan that fits your property.
Boundary and station
We lay the boundary wire or set up the wire-free boundary and place the charging station at a protected, easily accessible spot.
App and schedule
We connect the robot mower to the app on your phone, set up the login and define fixed mowing times as well as cutting height and rain sensor with you.
Test run and handover
Finally we let the robot mower run a test, adjust the boundary where needed and practice the most important steps with you until everything fits.

What a Home Visit Costs
With us you know where you stand in advance. We bill the setup of your robot mower transparently via our home-visit flat rate, without hidden costs and without surprises on the invoice. A nice side effect: up to 20 percent of the labour costs are tax-deductible as a household-related service under Section 35a of the German Income Tax Act (source: Section 35a EStG). The home visit costs 79 € for up to 60 minutes on site. For many smaller gardens that is already enough for the complete setup including explanation.
Each further hour 69 €
If the setup takes longer, for example with large areas or many narrow spots, we charge 69 € for each further hour. We estimate the effort realistically beforehand.
Travel within 10 km included
Travel within 10 km of Nordstemmen is included. Beyond that we charge only 0.50 € per kilometer, transparent and comprehensible.
Fixed prices in advance
You receive a clear estimate before the appointment. All prices include value-added tax for private customers, entirely without hidden extra costs.
