We come to your home, sit down with you at your kitchen table and go through together whatever truly interests you: unlocking the tablet, opening apps, browsing the internet or seeing the kids by video. You set the pace, and we repeat as often as you like. On request we write down the most important steps as a cheat sheet so you forget nothing after the appointment. For Apple tablets the iOS course is a good addition, for Android devices the Android course; if the tablet is used for video calls and television, we are happy to set up smart TV and streaming as well.

Open, close and sort apps. We show where to download new apps safely, how to remove unused ones and how to arrange the most important ones within easy reach.
Browse the internet safely
Search for something in the browser, read websites and set bookmarks. We also discuss how to recognize dubious sites and ad windows and deal with them calmly.
Video calls
Video call with children and grandchildren: start a call, answer, switch the camera. This way you see your loved ones, even when they live far away.
Photos and messages
View, organize and share photos with the family and write and receive short messages. On request we show how to send a photo directly from the gallery.
Settings and security
We set up a simple screen lock, explain updates and discuss what to watch out for with emails and calls so you do not fall for scams.
And do not worry: with us there are no silly questions. If something does not click the first time, we simply go through it again, without haste and without you having to justify anything. A tablet course at your home is relaxed and without pressure. So you know what to expect, here is the typical flow of an appointment. You need to prepare nothing except having your tablet ready and thinking about what you would like to learn. It is best to have the device charged, and if you have your Wi-Fi password to hand, on request we set up the internet connection for you at the same time.

Practice together
You hold the tablet yourself, and we guide you step by step. You perform every action yourself, because only by doing it does it stay in your memory.
Repeat and reinforce
We go through the most important steps several times until they feel secure. Questions are always welcome, even the same question a second time.

On request we write down the most important steps on a cheat sheet that you keep. This way you can look everything up calmly after the appointment.

We keep our prices simple and honest. You learn in advance exactly what to expect, entirely without hidden costs. All prices include value-added tax, because our customers are predominantly private individuals. You pay only after the appointment, conveniently in cash or by bank transfer, exactly as you prefer. We also offer appointments for tech help in Giesen.
Single course 59 € for 60 minutes
The tablet course on site at your home costs 59 € for 60 minutes. In that time we calmly go through your topics, with your own device and at your pace.
5-session pass 269 €
If you want to practice regularly, take the 5-session pass for 269 €. That is five sessions of 60 minutes each and only about 54 € per session, redeemable calmly over several weeks.
Travel included
Travel within the Nordstemmen and Leine valley area is included up to 10 km. Beyond that we charge only 0.50 € per kilometer, clearly itemized.

All prices stated apply including value-added tax for private customers. No hidden costs, no fine print, simply fair and transparent prices.
With us there is no subscription and no long commitment. You book an appointment exactly when you need it, individually or conveniently as a 5-session pass. Especially if you prefer to learn in small steps, the 5-session pass is handy: you spread the five sessions calmly over several weeks, and each time we pick up where we left off.
