A new television can be a joy, but it can also be quite overwhelming. Instead of simply switching on a program, you suddenly have to deal with apps, accounts, passwords and three different remotes. This is exactly where I help you. As a home tech service in the Nordstemmen, Sarstedt and Hildesheim area, I come to you in person, fully set up your smart TV and streaming and explain everything calmly and in plain language. Devices like Fire-TV, Apple-TV or Chromecast: I connect and set them up, even if your television itself is not yet a smart TV.

I connect a soundbar or sound system to the television, set up the sound properly and make sure voices sound clear and understandable.
One Remote
Three remotes for one device? I set everything up so you ideally need only one, and explain the most important buttons to you.
Why a New Television Often Confuses
In the past you switched on the television and the program ran. Today you are greeted by a home screen full of tiles, you are asked to sign in, confirm privacy settings and choose between dozens of apps. For many people, especially older ones, that is a real hurdle. During my home visits I repeatedly find that expensive devices use only a fraction of their capabilities because the setup seems too complicated.
And that is not your fault at all. Manufacturers often assume you are familiar with accounts, apps and networks. I take over this part for you and translate the technology into simple, clear steps. In the end you understand how your television works and no longer have to fight your way through menus every time. A good streaming experience also depends heavily on a stable WiFi, which I check at the same time if needed.

Fixed-Price Package: Smart TV & Streaming for 89 EUR
So you know what it costs from the start, I offer the setup of your television as a fixed package. For 89 EUR I completely set up your smart TV along with streaming: channel scan, streaming services, apps, sign-in, sound adjustment and a patient introduction. Travel within 10 km of Nordstemmen is included. So there is no surprise on the bill, and you can lean back and relax.

What Does the Home Visit Cost Otherwise?
If only a small matter needs sorting, such as a single app or a channel that has shifted, you do not have to book the whole package. You can also engage me for the regular home-visit flat rate of 79 EUR for an appointment of up to 60 minutes. Every additional started half hour costs 39 EUR. Travel within 10 km of Nordstemmen is included, beyond that I charge 0.50 EUR per kilometer. I will honestly tell you in advance which is cheaper for your case. Especially for Seniors
Older people in particular often feel left in the lurch by a new television. The text is too small, the menus are confusing, and no one takes the time to explain it calmly. With me it is different. I set up your television in a senior-friendly way: larger text where possible, a clear arrangement and as few operating steps as necessary. I explain everything as often as you need, and with me there are no silly questions. On request, I leave you a simple, illustrated guide.
I am also happy to set up the television for families so everyone can manage it. If you wish, I also set up parental controls so the children only see what is suitable for them. A well-configured television saves nerves and ensures the cozy movie night does not end in tech frustration.
Streaming and WiFi Belong Together
For films and series to run without stuttering, your television needs a stable WiFi. If the picture keeps freezing during streaming or runs in poor quality, it is often not the service but the wireless network. In my experience, a weak WiFi at the television's location is one of the most common causes of streaming problems (project experience). If needed, I check your reception during the appointment and can help out on request as part of WiFi optimization. So in the end everything fits together and you enjoy your TV evening without interruptions.
