You can withdraw from the contract. This means you take it back. You have 14 days for this. The time starts on the day you make the contract. You do not have to give a reason.

It is enough to send your notice before the time is up.

After you withdraw, you get your money back. We pay it back within 14 days. The time starts when your notice reaches us. You pay no fee for this.

Did we start work early because you asked us to? Then you pay for the part we have already done.

Once the work is fully done, your right to withdraw can end. This only applies if you first agreed that we start early. And if you said you know that you then lose this right.
