For the complete setup of your robot vacuum or robot mower: app, WiFi, mapping, no-go zones, schedules and a patient handover. Travel within 10 km of Nordstemmen is included. Prefer to pay by the hour? A home visit up to 60 minutes also costs 79 €, each further hour 69 €. All prices include VAT for private customers.

What We Handle for You During Setup
Whether a robot vacuum, mopping robot or robot mower for the garden – every device has its own quirks. We know the typical pitfalls and set up your device so it reliably does its rounds. This includes not just the technical setup but also a calm explanation so you feel confident afterwards. On request, we also connect the device to your existing smart home control, if available.
Set Up App and Account
We install the right app on your smartphone or tablet, create the necessary account and connect the robot to your WiFi. You do not have to worry about any settings.
Map Your Home
We start and monitor the mapping run, check the result and correct rooms the robot misidentified. This way the device knows exactly where to clean.
Define No-Go Zones
Areas such as the high-pile rug, the pet food bowls or a wobbly plant stand are marked as off-limits. The robot then reliably avoids these spots.
Set Up Schedules
Vacuum in the morning when nobody is home? Or only certain rooms on certain days? We set up the schedule you want, which you can adjust at any time later.
Adjust Suction and Modes

How the Home Visit Works
So you know what to expect: a typical robot vacuum setup appointment usually takes a little under an hour. For a robot mower with a boundary wire or a larger garden, it can take a bit longer. We Get to Know Your Device and Your Rooms
First we look together at which device you have and which areas it should clean. We discuss where problems are likely – such as rug edges, cables on the floor or door thresholds.
App, WiFi and Account Are Set Up
We install the app, securely connect the robot to your WiFi and create the account. If the WiFi in the farthest room is weak, we tell you openly and suggest a solution.
Mapping and Zones Are Defined
The robot learns your home. We then correct the map, name the rooms clearly and set up no-go zones and schedules according to your wishes.
You Try It Yourself
Finally, you operate the device once yourself – with us at your side. This way we notice if anything is still unclear, and you leave the appointment feeling confident.

Boundary, Dock and Mowing Times from One Hand
A robot mower is a wonderful relief – but the initial setup requires a bit more care than a robot vacuum. Boundary cable, charging station, app connection and the right mowing times all have to work together. We set up your robot mower so it reliably follows its paths and dutifully returns to the dock in the evening.
