Technik daheim is a service by XICTRON, based in Söhlde in Lower Saxony. XICTRON has been working with technology, IT and digital solutions for years. With Technik daheim we bring this knowledge to where it truly matters in everyday life: to people's homes. While many offerings are aimed at companies, Technik daheim is deliberately intended for private households, for everyone who wishes for calm, personal support with the technology in their own home.
It matters to us to stay honest. We do not promise the moon and do not advertise with made-up success stories. Instead, we openly explain what we can do, what an appointment costs and where another specialist firm may be the better choice. If a request goes beyond our area, for example work on the home's electrical wiring, we tell you openly and charge nothing for that. You can also see how honestly and without invented cases we work on our references page. And because many people ask about the cost: for private households, up to 20 % of the labour costs are tax-deductible under §35a of the German Income Tax Act as a household-related service, and we are glad to issue the matching proof on the invoice.

Travel within a 10-kilometre radius of Nordstemmen is included in our 79 € home-visit flat rate, so you pay no surcharge as long as you live in our core area. If you live a little further away, we are still happy to come and tell you the additional travel cost of 0.50 € per kilometre in advance.
