What the Setup Costs, Transparent and in Advance

You should know before the appointment what to expect. That is why we work with a fixed home-visit flat rate of 79 € for up to 60 minutes. If the setup takes longer, each additional half hour costs 39 €. Travel within 10 km of Nordstemmen is included, beyond that we charge only 0.50 € per kilometer. All prices include value-added tax for private customers, and we have no hidden costs. For larger workspaces we estimate the effort in advance so you have a reliable idea.

For up to 60 minutes on site. In this time we set up the most important devices for most workspaces and check that everything runs.

Each additional half hour 39 €

If we need more time, for example for several monitors or a VPN connection, we bill transparently in 30-minute steps. You keep the costs in view.

Travel within 10 km included

Within a 10 km radius of Nordstemmen, travel is free. Beyond that we charge only 0.50 € per kilometer, clearly and transparently.
