Working from home sounds simple, yet in practice much depends on the technology: the printer does not respond, the webcam shows a dark image, the second monitor stays black, and the video call keeps stuttering. What We Do for You During Home Office Setup
We take care of the entire build of your workspace, from the first cable to the verified video call. We make sure everything works together reliably and remains easy for you to operate. Monitor and screens
We connect one or two monitors, arrange them sensibly and set resolution, font size and brightness so you can work without straining your eyes.
Webcam and microphone
We set up camera and microphone, check image and sound and make sure you are clearly visible and well understood in video conferences.
Printer and scanner
Connect the printer wirelessly, set it as default and configure scanning so you can print and read in documents from any device.
Stable Wi-Fi
We check whether your Wi-Fi reaches the study strongly enough and improve it if needed, so video calls do not drop and files load quickly.
Secure VPN access
On request we set up an encrypted VPN connection to your company and show you how to connect and disconnect it with a single click.

If your study is far from the router, video calls drop quickly. We measure the signal on site and use the right solution so the connection stays stable there too.

We proceed step by step and involve you along the way. In the end, not only should the technology run, but you should feel confident operating your workspace yourself. You set the pace, and we explain every step clearly. We also offer appointments for tech help in Gronau.
Discuss how you work
We listen to how you work, which programs you use and whether you need, for example, a VPN connection to the company. This creates a plan that fits your working day.
Connect the devices
We connect monitor, webcam, printer, keyboard and mouse, set everything up cleanly and configure the settings so it is comfortable to operate.
Set up Wi-Fi and access
We check the Wi-Fi in the study, improve it if needed and, on request, set up a secure VPN connection as well as email and calendar.
Test and practice together
Before we leave, we check a real video call, a test print and the connection to the company. On request we write down the most important steps for you.

Why a Well-Planned Workspace Pays Off
A well set-up home office saves you time and frustration every day. Those who do not constantly search for the printer, do not drop out of the video call and sit ergonomically work more calmly and with more focus. Studies show that a large share of employees in Germany work at least partly from home (Federal Statistical Office), and across more than 50 setups we have seen how much calmer the working day becomes when the technology simply works (project experience). There is also a financial benefit many people are unaware of: in Germany, up to 20 percent of the pure labour costs for a tradesperson or technician working in your own household can be deducted from tax as a household-related service (§ 35a of the Income Tax Act). You receive a clear invoice from us on which the labour is listed separately, so you can claim the amount in your tax return. On request we also record which devices we set up and which settings we made, so you can look things up later at any time and a family member can keep an overview too. If we need more time, for example for several monitors or a VPN connection, we bill transparently at 69 € per additional hour. You keep the costs in view.

Within a 10 km radius of Nordstemmen, travel is free. Beyond that we charge only 0.50 € per kilometer, clearly and transparently.
