Do you transfer my data from the old to the new device?

Yes, moving photos, contacts, messages and important files is one of our standard tasks, both from phone to phone and from an old computer to a new device. We work carefully, check together with you after the transfer that everything has really arrived, and so make sure nothing is lost.

On request we then securely erase the old device afterwards, so no personal data remains, before you sell, give away or dispose of it.
