Yes, for common tasks we offer fixed-price packages where the price is set regardless of how long it takes. Setting up smart TV and streaming costs 89 EUR, Wi-Fi and mesh optimisation 99 EUR and the smart-home starter package 79 EUR. We set up a new device within the home-visit flat rate of 79 EUR.
The advantage is planning certainty: you know exactly what will be on the invoice when you book, even if the solution takes a little longer in your particular case.
