How is travel calculated?
Answer
Travel within 10 kilometres around Nordstemmen is included in the flat rate, so you pay nothing extra for it. That already covers a large part of our service area in the Leine valley and around Hildesheim. If you live further away, only 0.50 EUR per kilometre applies for the additional distance, not for the whole journey.
When booking we tell you honestly whether and how much travel applies, so you know the total costs before the appointment and there is no surprise on the invoice. You can also see which places typically fall within the 10-kilometre radius in our price overview.
