Some tasks need login details, like your Wi-Fi password. You can type your password in yourself. We look away while you do it.
We do not write down passwords and we take no copies with us.
On request we help you make strong passwords and keep them in a good place. You can change important passwords after the visit.

Some setups require login details, for example the Wi-Fi password or signing in to your accounts and apps. So you never have to hand over your password, you can simply enter it yourself during the appointment; we deliberately look away, or you type it in while we only stand beside you.
We never note down passwords and take no copies with us. Where it makes sense, we help you create secure passwords and store them safely, and recommend changing particularly important login details after the appointment if needed.
