What happens to my data after the appointment?

After the appointment we keep no copies of your personal content such as photos, messages or documents. Whatever was transferred during the move then resides solely on your own devices, not with us.

The only data stored is what we need for a proper invoice and the legal retention obligation, typically name, address and the service provided. We keep these only as long as tax and commercial law require, and no longer.
