We only look at what is needed for the task. We do not look through your private things.
When we move photos to a new phone, they are only copied. We do not look at them.
You are there during the visit and see every step. If something feels wrong, just say so. Then we explain the step or skip it.

We look only at what is technically necessary for the respective task, and we never go rummaging through your private content. When we transfer photos from the old to the new phone, for example, that is done solely to carry out the data move, the images are copied, not viewed or read.
You are present throughout the appointment and see every step we take, because the work happens at your home and not in a workshop.
