Do you see my private data, photos and emails?

We look only at what is technically necessary for the respective task, and we never go rummaging through your private content. When we transfer photos from the old to the new phone, for example, that is done solely to carry out the data move, the images are copied, not viewed or read.

You are present throughout the appointment and see every step we take, because the work happens at your home and not in a workshop. If you feel uneasy about a particular operation, just say so, then we explain exactly what is happening or skip the step. How we handle data is set out in detail in our privacy policy.
