How does a home visit work?

You briefly describe by phone or email what it is about, and we arrange an appointment that suits you, often within the same week. At the agreed time we come to you, look at the technology where you use it and work through it step by step: we check the cause, put the solution in place and test together with you that everything works.

At the end we explain in plain terms what we have done and show you how to operate everything yourself, on request with a short note in large print to look up later.
