Do I need to prepare anything before you come?
Answer
No, you do not need to prepare anything or take anything apart. We bring the right tools, adapters and test devices ourselves. It helps if you can have any existing login details (such as the Wi-Fi password or your app logins), the remote controls and the relevant devices ready, then it goes faster on site.
If you cannot find documents or passwords, that is expressly no problem: we help you search, read details off existing stickers or reset a device in a controlled way. It is best to briefly tell us when booking via the contact page what it is about, so we can pack the right equipment in advance.
