General Questions and Process
What happens if a problem cannot be solved after all?
Answer
Some causes lie beyond what can be fixed on site, for example a technical defect inside the device, a fault at the internet provider or hardware so old that it no longer supports updates. In such cases we explain clearly what the cause is and tell you honestly which steps make sense, whether a repair is worthwhile or a new purchase is the better choice.
We then charge only for the time actually spent and never promise anything that cannot be kept. Often we can still solve part of the issue or set up a practical interim solution so you are not left completely without. If a further step is needed, simply get back in touch via the contact page.
