Technik daheim is a personal tech-help service that comes to your home, instead of sending you to a hotline or a shop. We set up new devices, get TVs, Wi-Fi, printers, tablets and smartphones running, transfer data when you switch devices and help you get started with smart home. Everything happens where you actually use the technology, because many problems only show up in your own surroundings.
The key difference is the personal support: you have one dedicated contact who takes time, explains things in plain language and does not leave you on your own after the appointment.
