How long does an appointment take?

The home-visit flat rate covers an appointment of up to 60 minutes. Many smaller tasks such as setting up a new device are done within that time. If we need longer, we charge 39 EUR for each additional half hour started. We let you know on site as soon as it becomes clear that it will take longer, so there are no surprises.
