How long does an appointment take?
Answer
The home-visit flat rate covers an appointment of up to 60 minutes. Many everyday tasks fit comfortably within that, such as setting up a new smartphone, getting a printer onto the Wi-Fi or signing in to streaming apps. More involved topics like a Wi-Fi optimisation across several rooms or the first-time setup of a smart home tend to take longer.
If it becomes clear that the hour will not be enough, we tell you on site before the time runs out, and you decide whether we carry on. We charge 69 EUR for each further hour. For clearly defined tasks there are also fixed prices, which you can find on the prices page, so the duration does not matter.
